Ninja Noa turns 5



My nearly 5 year old Noa loves Ninja Turtles! and with a mum like me, ofcourse a more pastel ninja invitation was designed for his 5th bday celebrations....! He just wants to go to McDonalds for his party...suits me to a tee! We used the Ninja Turtle font on the back of the invitations including party details and sealed with a little sewer sticker....Will still have a few cute details to share from the day.

Sweet Icecream Invitations

 The sweetest IceCream Invitations for a first bday coming up.  Yummy pastel coloured papers for the icecream scoops & envelopes.  Tied in twine the icecream can be opened to reveal the party details inside.  The trick was printing the text to fold into the cone shape!! We will be sure to show pics from the ice cream fun day!

Literally!! funny story...Miss Chief Sugarcoated was working on these invitations and my brother came home from work saying he had a really bad day...response "you think you had a bad day...I had to find a pair of stilettos for a hen" ! and here it is, cute and quirky...just like the gorgeous bride to be....x

Chewy Anzacs

What better way to celebrate living in the bestest country in the world than baking some ANZAC cookies for a little family lunch! Here is the recipe...
Ingredients...1 Cup oats, 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup dessicated coconut, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 125g butter, 2 tbs water, 1 tbs golden syrup, 1 tsp bicarb soda. Method... Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Sift flour into a big bowl, stir in oats, brown sugar & coconut. heat butter, golden syrup & water on low heat and add bicarb soda. Add to flour mixture. Use a tablespoon to mould cookies and squash down with a fork. bake for 10 mins or until golden.
